 James J. Mullen, President

  Jim's career has spanned 40 years with 22 years as an electrical contractor. His career started at   Rockland Community College as well with the IBEW 363. Early in his career, Jim was a Technical Specialist, Project Engineer and R&D Engineer for Xerox Corporation. NEI Electrical Contracting was created in 1987 and continued to grow through 2001. NEI merged with Naber Electric in 2001 to form a regional electrical company. HVS, LLC was created in 2006 with the concept of a full service electical company that would serve the various areas of the Hudson Valley. With over 24 years of experience in electrical engineering and contracting, Jim has been the Lead Electrical Project Engineer for such major projects as Raymour & Flanagan Furniture Stores, Home Depot, Stop & Shop, Starbuck's and the Palisades Center Mall, to name a few. He has also developed and implemented numerous wastewater treatment systems for such clients as Disney World, Orlando, The City of Phoenix, and Spring Valley Water.

 Joseph J. Damiani, Superintendent of Construction

Joe is a Master Electrician since 1986. With over 20 years experience, he is a member of I.B.E.W. Local 363 and teaches Labor History and Laws for apprentice electricians with Local 363. He holds a number of certifications in electrical safety and compliance. Joe was awarded certifications by prestigious institutions such as OSHA and Cornell University. An experienced Supervisor and Project Manager for Naber Electric, Joe has spearheaded many major projects for: Home Depot, Cheesecake Factory, Stop & Shop, Raymour & Flanagan, the Town of Clarkstown and Barr- Labs.

 Nancy Mullen, Chief Executive Officer

Nancy has been an integral part of the company since it’s inception in 1987. At the same time she worked for Xerox Corporation, acquired Real Estate and raised three children. She has over 25 years experience in business operations. She has acted as the company's accounts manager, implementing and maintaining AR & AP systems to ensure cash flow and vendor accounts payments. She also maintains project records to ensure profitability. She works closely with the company accountant by providing all company bookkeeping and payroll data.

 Angela Fanelli, Assistant Project Manager

Angela has been in the business for 8 years, performing estimate take-offs, getting quotes, and assisting the Estimator.  She handles all administrative and contract documents, ordering and buying out project materials, and issuing and tracking Purchase Orders.  Angela assists in managing all ongoing projects as well as all project's close-out documentation.

 Nicole Kolling,  Accounts Payable & Receivable Manager

Nicole has a BA in Accounting from Saint Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, NY.  In addition to her accounts managing she is also in charge of Hudson Valley Services Project Coordination, managing all job costing, Union Benefits, and Payroll Reporting.
